I use a glass, when there is only one trait that needs a boost. If I have 2 traits, in the same discipline, that needs the boost, then I use a Medallion.
Would a medallion be better than just a straight up heart glass? It seems better on paper but I donÂ’t know if I should go with jumping or cross country
