When you are paying for the damages- it becomes more scary lol. I paid 6k out of pocket last time. Insurance does not cover everything- and even then they covered a significant amount.

I'm right in tornado alley and have dealt with tornados they really don't scare me that much the scariest one I've been in was the Joplin tornado when I was 11
Parents had one forming on top of the property a couple years ago. It finally dropped once it got about ten miles away, but there was a lot of tree damage and if you followed the damage, you could see where the pre-tornado had been because the damage followed a rotation pattern
