I destroyed my knees in high school. My left knee is the worst one of the two and I constantly need a leg brace. Knee replacement worked for a little but in the long run it didn't help much as the issues started again
Evermore, yikes. They are putting off my moms knee replacement surgery because of age. I guess those surgeries only last for so many years before they have to do it again
