I get in there today, it's exactly as the hubbs described. Though the guy didn't clean out the house completely. We got it cleaned out, a floor in the back bedroom needs work, but otherwise, the house needs painting and TLC, and we will be done with it 🤩
Tried to buy a horse she was skinny, sedated, and had red flags. the owner had a horse who was GIVING MILK (not fully milk yet, but will have a foal on the ground in about a few days/weeks) and she didnt even look pregnant, all horses were ribby. im disappoinred
Soooo... we closed on the house today. There *was* a small hiccup. The divorced "couple" didn't tell us about a tax lien from the IRS. They apparently thought it was going to disappear when they sold the house 🤦♀️
We still paid the agreed amount, and they ended up not getting anything due to the remainder of the mortgage and the lien.
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
