Rerolls cost the same in the grow section as a 3-month upgrade. That's worth $135k give or take, so the worth would have to be equal, because some people would buy them with real money to trade/sell.
I would love it if there was a market for rerolls which people own but want to trade. I really like them as a gimmick and enjoy getting them for my birthday and Christmas, but they aren't worth the price of a 3 month upgrade for me.
You can't send rerolls you already own to another stable. If you mean buying them with real money for another in exchange for game things, yes, a lot of people will do that in the Upgrades section of forums.
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
