Honestly, he would be better off as a gelding. His ratings aren't good, and he doesn't have the sort of colour that colour breeders look for. He's pretty, but not a very good stallion.

Blue, go to the stable you want to send ebs and there's a link by the the profile that says to send ebs. It redirects you to your account page where you'll select Pay Another Stable and it will have their stable already in there
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
