It's shitty. My one brother is autistic I am 80% sure but every just says no its not a thing and he's just slow. Autism apparently doesn't exist, nor depression or anxiety, or ADHD or anything regarding mental health or disorders. It's all 'made up'. Its a fun enviroment. And yes I'm an adult and have been for years but everything I do is still under a microscope. If I take meds and they see them, I will never hear the end of how I am altering my body
@Athena, I'm sorry. That's a really tough spot to be in. My whole life I was told I am too sensitive and emotionally unstable, turns out it was autism this whole time though.

I don't think its one thing either. I think feeling alone is a trigger which is weird because I like my space and silence. Right now its my buddy's dad's death and the anxiety and grief I have with that that I think is the problem.
Hummer I never used to have any at all until last June. I had my first one at my now ex's house. Ever since than they were weekly. the last few months they've been daily sometimes multiples a day. I've had 5 in one day 2 weeks ago. It's not fun and I wouldn't wish it on anyone
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
