It is hard to change your way of thinking, especially to someone who deals with anxiety or any other mental health issues that causes severe overthinking. I have Anxiety, PTSD, And ADHD. I also struggle to go to sleep and remain asleep. I finally this month get to see a female mental health dr, I have to drive quite a ways, but I get to get some help with managing with medication. I am already in therapy, and that has helped a ton.
