I wonder if that 'Canadian Club' is still up and running? If not I haven't made a club on this account yet..it would be nice to be able to chat with someo fellow Canadians...especially since most are either from the west or east coast...not from the prairies like me...
It's almost looking like it would be easier in the long run to live apart for another year and just buy a trailer. The mortgage on a cheap trailer would be cheaper than the rent on a crappy apartment in a high-crime area.

Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.

Geld your stallion. Geldings train up much faster than stallions.
If you no longer wish to own this horse, you may set them free to fend for themselves. The Karma Fairy will pay you 1000 for your adult horse, up to 100 horses per month. 100 to go! The Karma Fairy will pay you 200 Credits for all of your adult horses. The Karma Fairy will pay you zero for your yearling. This action is not reversible so be sure before you click Submit !
Move your horse to another barn or pasture.
Join A Federation. Your horse will accrue Federation Points
and based on that may make the Federation Championships.
It costs 500 to enter a Federation and membership lasts
one game year.
Reroll your horse's image. Your horse's genes will stay the same, but their markings and patterns will be randomly regenerated.
