Brokenwood, it can boost the stats of a foal. But RF still decides what the rating is first. It just adds a lil boost on top of that. (so it doesn't guarantee a high-rated foal, but it can sometimes be the difference between an E and a W)
I suck and forgot to write down her wk11 but I'm 95% positive she had int/scp/str and will be doing a sven. Genetic lotto would be ee Dd LpLp P1P1 P2P2 but am guaranteed at least Lplp P2p2 so it's a safe KNN breeding
