So um...I am now absolutly stressed about school...financial aid only covered one term and I'm fucked because there is no way I can pay for my next two classes because I haven't been able to find a job for the past 3-4 months
I have one real life friend. Sure I talk to others in real life but none, absolutely none of them are people Id text on a whim and ask if they wanted to go to the lake or go to the bar. None of them. and to me thats not a friend. thats an aquaintance. And right now my one friend, my buddy is preoccupied and rightly so so it's a little tough figuring out where I fit.
Yeah I'd hope so. But sometimes they let their opinions get in the way of things. Thankfully my mom seems a bit more accepting? My dad can be a bit rough.
But even then, it will be an issue if my parents will 'accept' them. Most people in this community are part of LGBT+ and my parents are well.... Not quite against it but not quite accepting either.
It's kinda hard to find people who like my interests. However in October there may be a chance to find some friends. Just gotta hope they also live in my city.
I suggest looking up what you like then add local to the end of it. You may be able to find some Facebook groups or even contact info for stores / places that have that kind of stuff / merch for that stuff there. Then the hunt begins.
Honestly? I understand and sympathize with you on the loneliness. I really only had like one rl friend till I started riding at the barn I am at now. Now I have a shitload of friends I guess. Hell, when I fainted at the barn they sent me cards, handwritten cards, I was shook. Sometimes it just takes finding that right group of people within what you are interested in.

Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
