@Golden, that's rough. But there are definitely some out there who aren't leaving the profession. You could ask them if they are planing on working longterm.
@Shadow I had a therapist for all of 2 months and then she retired. I've been through three of em and what I'm learning is that all of them are leaving the profession.
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
