Of course he could be a freak of nature. On of my clients has an American Bulldog that has shaggy hair and he's purebred from shorthaired parents. Apparently he was the only one from the litter who was shaggy

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
