the difference between tier 1 and tier 4 art is that tier 1 is actually really good, (btw i'm a tier 4 artist myself and am comparing tier 4 as me basically making fun of myself.)

If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
