Dark I had a thought. If you're entering early in the morning, you're creating all the first shows for the next day. Then as other people enter, they probably start with the horses they're most sure of, so there's probably a disproportionate amount of horses about to level put with yours simply because you enter first.
I feel like it's a recent change but I'm honestly not sure. I'm just bothered that my geldings aren't showing well and they only have a few more weeks before they level and aren't in the green anymore
Yeah, I've found a few now who were stuck in shows with horses who are just about to level and place last despite being more than ready. It's frustrating
Even if horses are in the green and about to level, the shows have been horrid lately about putting horses in the green with 7 horses about to level up so your fresh horses get pushed to the bottom
Unknown I'm not too sure about that honestly but in my string at least some of my horses have a bar extra before I show and they place well You should still get a few shows in with him before he levels i think
Yes he will. For XC, a horse's strength in Hrt really matters, and if they're not strongest there, they're probably better training in another discipline.
Won't he level up by then? He's already a bar over what he needs to be for his level to be considered ready, and most of my geldings I've found level by the time they have an extra in each stat
I'm waiting till Thursday then reentering some gelds that were supposed to be in the green last week and still aren't. Maybe once most of the good horses have shown or level up, they'll actually place :/

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
