I have horses in real life. And I like to play this game because I can actually get somewhere in it. My real life horses just cause me stress and debt 😂
Rat, thats a very good way to put it, because I know of a few people who don't get the opportunity and this is one of the closest ways to get to horse owning.
Nothing wrong with playing your own way. I've had horses over a year IRL I'm very attached to and sad to see go. It's my first time building a. Memorial garden. And I'm not ashamed of it. I have a pasture for horses (mostly breeders) who aged over 18 and I give them a blanket and such and let them graze for as long as they kive
its especially common for people who are attached to their HEE ponies, are the same players who probably arent privileged enough to have a real horse, too (dont take this as passive aggression please)

The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

You can hire a rider. They will be automatically assigned to your horse. Be sure to visit the Rider's Lounge and pay them.
Set Breeding Requirements for your horse. Enter the minimum rating allowable for breeding. When breeding, Any combo of the entered values and higher will be accepted. Leave blank to set to None.
Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.

Join A Federation. Your horse will accrue Federation Points
and based on that may make the Federation Championships.
