| Fern He is on bute now so hopefully that helps but jeeze I don’t know what to do beyond that and supplements. They are owned by my fiancés parents but I’ve been taking care of them while they deal with the grandmother on the other side of the country. So the horses had some aspects of life entirely neglected. It’s sad really. |

| Yea Zipper has a lot of issues. He broke his hip when he was at a barrel racing/breeding stable because he was trampled by other horses. It can never heal and he is 18 now so I think it’s just starting to really bother him. |

| Oh it’s something for sure. Yesterday we were gone most of the day. One of our horses turned up super lame and was barely walking. Vet said to call the farrier and the farrier couldn’t find an abscess like he thought it was so now we think it’s arthritis. The joys of owning older horses lol |
