RF is unlikely to improve as it intentionally makes game-wide progress for ratings slow.. it's for the longevity of the game without having add endless new ratings. That's my theory at least
Yeah ive used a XC med on a SD match and it seems to do nothing worth its price. Sometimes definitely skewed with the game. Its why I'm slowly letting my AD die out in favor of SD
