chimeras are randomly bred and not super common as far as i know, though ive bred quite a few. you can type chimera in the search for horses and see if any are for sale and buy them if anything
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.

Join A Federation. Your horse will accrue Federation Points
and based on that may make the Federation Championships.
