God I cant imagine how my mare would react to being shaved.. cant see that going well. They usually do just fine in the summer, and we hit upwards of 106 degrees.. lol.. but they also dont get worked for more than an hour at a time before we swap horses to give them a break from the heat. 🤷🏻♀️
But eh. Don't shave the horses. Granted, when I was testing Denali's blood sugar I shaved a shot on her shoulder in an attempt to get blood. Didn't work

If you do showing, they like certain things to be shaved. I, briefly, did in hand. SO they wanted the fetlocks shaved, muzzle hair shaved, inside of the ears shaved, etc
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
