Me and another colour breeder tried to figure out what the difference was between the black chestnuts and Dark Livers (not with flaxen) was but there isn't any difference between the two. I've talked to Eve about it and she verified genetics wise there is no difference between them and colour wise they're the same thing I believe the only difference is Flaxen can be carried onto the Dark Liver where as I've not seen any Flaxen Black Chestnuts. But that doesn't mean their isnt any.

If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
