Lily Use a large brush like airbrush and just keep adding different shades of blue (I am no pro lol) |

DD Yup! It's super simple but it gets my heart rate up and I can see some muscle coming back! I've only done it once and I can already feel the muscles coming back a little bit so I'm going to do it twice a day! |
