I have a privacy fence. But I also monitor them while outside for sure. That is how I know it is him doing the digging lol. I can get a childÂ’s sand pit they are just a tad more expensive than buying a kiddie pool and filling it haha. I can afford the childrenÂ’s sand box but, why not save money if I can haha.
Trigger.. get a covered childs sand box and just put the lid on it when he is not using it... I believe there are others that you can get that don't look like they are for kids... but also if he is digging.. watch your fence line and you may want to run some rabbit wire at the bottom of the fence and bury it 8" to 12" So if he does dig at the fenceline, he cannot get out.. dunno how your property is or how big.. but a suggestion if it fits.

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
