| I found that trick on tiktok so I can't take credit but it has worked really well for me, something about the blood vessels constricting and expanding due to temperature is meant to help with the headache |

| No clue if it works for migraines, but when I have headaches it helps to put a cloth with cold water on it on my neck/face |
