| I have pits. As harsh as this sounds, I keep the hose within reach. They have only gotten into a fight once and that was when my neighbors dog got into our backyard and tore towards our little Corgi mix. To them, he is a baby, so they went to protect Everyone got a bath that day. |

| A year or so ago, I went with my dad to get some tires picked up. They had 2 huskies and an old golden retriever. The one husky came to my side and walked along with me. it lightly touched my hand when I offered it to smell the recipe I was holding. I kinda melted but didn't pet it. :D |

| There was no fight initially. I just happened to stand there when the dog decided to start one. |

| Never personally get in-between two fighting dogs, find an object that isn't you and put it between them so you don't get harmed, the dog/dogs will redirect, my uncle learned that the hard way too- |
