| yeah, the options are: pay 1.2k per month over 10 years and pay 600k back $520 per month for 20-25 years, pay back 100k, rest I still have to pay taxes on when it gets forgiven, but interest still accrues and feds only covers the interest for 3 years. pay $570 per month for 30 years, but interest doesn't accrue and I pay a total of 200k |
