| Remarks Senior Corporal Michael Springer died February 11, 2022, after succumbing to complications from COVID-19. Sr. Corporal Michael Springer was a Senior Corporal with the Arkansas State Police for 33 years, serving with Troop H. He was a retired U.S. Navy Seabee who was decorated for his service in Iraq and Afghanistan. Springer was born on June 8, 1962, in Booneville, AR, and passed away on February 11, 2022, in a local hospital. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda, and two daughters, Haley Laster a |
