They're two different genes. So frame x white is safe
Minerva

White x White is the same.

Lyra, I didn't know that was a thing untill I read a thing about it in the game guide trying to find answers from some of my other questions
Crystal Rivers
12:38:09
From the frame?
Crystal Rivers
12:37:59
Ah. And if you accidentally breed a white foal?
Glacier Bay Farms
12:37:51 Arctic Cove Katz
Frame x frame = dead foal
Dayseeker
12:37:33 Ly/Lyra
I never knew (literally learned this a few weeks ago) that pasture horses breed to each other and I used to slap all my cute but bad rated horses in pastures and was always confused when I found random foals XD so many frame babies
Minerva
12:37:31 Min
If you breed 2 frames together theres a 25% chance of a homozygous frame, which results in a dead foal. So if you keep it to just one gender, there's no chance of doing it accidentally
Ravenwood Farm
12:37:29 Raven
Breeding frame x frame can give lethal white. Same with white x white
Painted Perfection

Min lol, I mean. When youre breeding 1k horses every roll over and it takes almost a month to breed them all with outside life stuff to do and working on top of it. I figured why not

Congrats void

12:36:41
Wait. Why don't we want mares to have frame?
Minerva
12:36:23 Min
Lol Luna that's valid. I do it on occasion with whites when I'm quest breeding xD
Crystal Rivers
12:36:16
Why is that so real luna
Ravenwood Farm
12:36:05 Raven
I bought a quest stud a while back and thought it was so cool he had frame... until I started using him and realized how much I don't want all my quest mares to have frame lol

Lyra hahaha I have so many colour horses. I yeet them to eachother all the time.. i figured it saves me from having to cull them. 50/50 chance they take themselves out. I play the *survival of the fittest* when breeding them
Crystal Rivers

Remarks

They stand where the wind slows,
listening longer than most.

Not restless, not loud,
but aware of every shifting thing.

Strength held in reserve,
patience learned the hard way.

Some horses run toward the future.

This one waits for it to arrive. 🐦‍⬛
