| Though I am constantly anxious about it flaring again. So maybe the anxiety is morphing into other things. Being home means being safer incase something goes wrong type of deal. |

| That's what im assuming, even though my whole death thing didn't happen because I left the house lol. Just some health things during pregnancy/another condition I have that flared. |

| This agoraphobia stuff only started hitting me last year and I cant figure out why. It's like this intense fear of leaving the house at all so even just going down the street gives me a panic attack. The only thing I can think of is end of 2024 I almost died so maybe my brain just thinks it'll happen again if I go out. But jeez this is sucking. |

| I used to have an intense fear of moths aswell. Still scared of them but I dont scream and run anymore. |

| I struggle with claustrophobia and I associate that with being in crowded rooms and in crowds as well if thats listed as a different phobia I can't keep up lol |
