I've played a game similar to that, it's still active so I won't say anything further than that. x)

Probably we were on the same one, it was.. a lot of admin. Admin and pain
The Old Gods
I remember a similar game. They could get hurt training, too and then you'd have a useless lump for a week or more. Very frustrating if that was your only horse
Ashcroft Park Stud
I did used to play a game (around 20 years ago, don't think it exists anymore so hopefully OK to mention) where you had to do all that, and horses would get randomly injured overnight, when breeding, when competing etc. It was stressful

Ok, having 2k plus horses plus injuries being added to the game will probably make all of our accountants cry. 🤣
Ravenwood Farm
And regularly sending them all to the vet and farrier... thank goodness things are how they are lol
Ashcroft Park Stud
On feeding them... since we only feed our horses once a week, that works out to once every 3 months in HEE time xD Sounds like a welfare concern
Minerva
Absolutely agree Void- for me, HEE hits the balance of realism vs gameplay really nicely as it is. I wouldn't be thrilled to have more stress associated with playing
Spirtasi Whims
I think embryos are the closest thing we will get to having two foals in a year. Im fine with that
Ashcroft Park Stud
Yeah I wouldn't want complications added. In a pixel world where there are no injuries or complications, I think adding twins as a teeny tiny chance would be OK and fit the vibe of the game
