cheating has never been an issue in any of my serious relationships because they've all been polyamorous. we have great communication and boundaries, it's just that sometimes feelings change and you grow apart from the other people. the person i broke up with 3 years ago just didn't make time for us anymore, i felt like they had lost interest in me. it was hard to say goodbye, but despite my efforts to talk about it they weren't interested in addressing my concerns so it was for the best that i left that relationship. it sucked but we're still in touch and friendly.
Pixie, that's exactly how I feel. In some ways, I don't think love really exists. Might hurt some people's feelings, but in my opinion, people who love each other would never cheat.
