Eating less gluten has helped with my IBS and fibromyalgia. I have been bad about it lately though and got some cramps tonight. Cramping is the worse part of my IBS. I have been to the ER a few times for them. Feels like my intestines are literally tearing themselves apart.
I have diabetes. The dairy thing started in June. I just randomly could not drink my nighttime glass of milk, which I have done all 26 (soon to be 27) years of my life. Until June So now I drink water.
I have to be so careful about carbs, and now I seem to have developed a dairy intolerance. I have been mostly dairy free for a couple months now. I also have been counting carbs and setting limits. Today I ate 3 bagels, ice cream, taco salad, and then proceeded to have ice cream after open house Yeah I hated myself
My stomach/bowels just decides to revolt at the most random times. Doctors say I have severe IBS because my symptoms are so unmanageable and occur randomly.
Me who often gets a tough time on the toilet almost always but sometimes my body doesnt want to do anything on the toilet so the day after is always a gamble
