Art fight?

There's only 3 barns with active studs unless you count bravery (there's one PEW-WC bay one who can and has given apricot), the rest is mares and/or retirees

@sandy my mares and their babies are PEE in random orders. I want to get some color in them though and I also dont want to breed them to their children even though it really doesnt affect much

Yeah but like if you are looking for prlprl which isn't apricot there will always be at least one gene which gives you the possibility of the foal being something else. I don't understand why you are looking for non-apricot prlprl horses if the one gene that makes them not apricot is then too risky for you to use the stud? 🤷

@luna
I was doing apricots just for fun on the side but I keep forgetting to breed them every month so im trying to get ahead and breed them.

So far I have caught an EEP Apricot TB mare. Other than that, through breeding I've made it to PPS combos at highest.

-HEE Click- thanks to her most of them are TBs. I'm at the point where my other breeds are pretty meh when it comes to pearl compared to my TBs

@san yeah it wouldve been a good try but its still only 50% likelihood. my mare being CC and the stud being CcrC makes the baby 50 50 on which gene they pick up.

I've decided I'm getting out of certain colours and focusing on specific colours. Apricot being my most important one I'm focusing on

Unfortunately, apricot outside of the appaloosa breeds are hard to breed. Especially for ratings.
