If you are the neewbie, the other workers might be trying to see how far you will go before you have had enough of doing the grunt work/jobs. Maybe politely say something to them.
l work in a preschool for children who have special needs. Me and my co teacher split the daily duties. Now, I am a bus driver/attendant so my morning and afternoon duties are different than hers, but that it is. I get moved occasionally but I make sure those workers with me pull their weight as well. Been in classrooms where I did everything, or was left alone in the floor with a tremendous amount of toddlers lol. Fun times.
Unfortunately, this happens alot. They rely on the ppl they know will do the work. Rather than chasing around the lazy ones. More often than not, they are always the ones that get the better end of the deal because the good employees pick up the slack. I would ask for a raise.

@Granny, even though I have only been here for two months? I agree I deserve a raise because I am obviously their chosen employee to do everything, But in their eyes, I probably havenÂ’t worked here long enough
