Like this is why I want to see a therapist again. Sure I have anxiety but this seems like more than just anxiety. And my dad screaming and threatening me makes it worse.
My dad blames me entirely for getting so upset I break down.
And that's the issue. I don't know why I get so emotional and irrational when I panic but I can't control it. I feel like there's something wrong with me, like more than just anxiety.
my dad also has bad anger issues, my moms worrse though. but when i turned 18 i was able to bcuk up to them as they legally cant put their hands on you anymore
I'm just kinda scared of my dad right now. He has anger issues. Not bad but if I dare show any negative emotion or simply have a panic attack or something I better hide it.
