| C I feel like children aren't taken seriously by therapists half the time since they're so impressionable :( a therapist could literally suggest a kid is feeling a certain way to them, just to get them out the door or get a diagnosis, and they'd be like, "yeah, actually, that's right. I do feel like that," because they're uncomfortable, don't feel heard, etc. Honestly, I've seen that happen for a laundry list of reasons. I do know that not every therapist is like that, though. Just something I know happens more than it should :( |

| Void, that's fair. I've learned how to handle some stuff without the meds, with the help of growing up, and therapy. |

| My stove works so I use that and I have an air fryer lol I just make it work until we can find the part we need |

| C I really hate the way psychiatrists are so quick to put kids on meds, especially when it's a more mild case. It's like they don't even care to attempt a different treatment method. Ally Oh no. I'd be a goner if my oven was broken. I don't know how you do it lol |

| Ally, that's fair. I love sweet potatoes though. I have to be careful what I eat though because I don't want to stress out my only kidney. Lo, Honestly, it sucked after I got diagnosed because the doctors immediately wanted to put me on medications that literally made me feel like a zombie and weren't meant for children. |

| I also love a sheet pan meal with a protein and some veggies. My go-to has been sausage with potatoes, peppers, and onions. |

| I love tuna but I know others dont lol Its my new favorite lunch if I dont feel like cooking and tuna has a good portion of protein which is what keeps you full longer |

| Ally Oooo I love the sound of both of those. I love cottage cheese, it's a staple in my diet. C I sort of wish I was tested as a child. I feel like even if I got diagnosed now, I wouldn't do anything about it because I'm pretty stable on my BPD/depression meds. I wouldn't want to mess that up because those two conditions really fuck with me, especially the BPD |
