basically this horse rescue had a surrender and they posted "this is a funky little horse" and somebody was like thats a fuckin przewalski horse, so they're DNA testing her to make sure she is one because that is RARE. And then a stallion przewalski just popped up in a kill pen and people are baffled by this
I just try to keep to the same routines, which is also a symptom of my OCD. My only issues from ADHD is the sleeping and ADHD paralysis is so annoying.
I ended up stopping taking my epilepsy medication when my doctors wouldn't lower the dosage and listen when I told them the meds were causing me issues. these were the same doctors that told me I was faking being epileptic at 4 until I had a seizure In front of them. Why my mother never changed doctors I have no idea.
When I was diagnosed I told my doctor about all of the things I did in an attempt to cope with the symptoms, and how it still didn't work that well, and she said "Well I'm not gonna put you on medication because it seems like you're managing them well!" ..No, that's kind of the problem
the OCD might just be more of an anxiety thing though because I'll just like. Count things or tap out syllables obsessively and then when I catch myself doing it I'll go take more magnesium and it goes away.
I have a phone reminder and I keep all of my pills on my desk so I wake up and immediately take them. Now that I'm in a routine though I'm good.. I love routines. I think that's why it pains me so much when I ask my boyfriend for specific times to do things and he says "we'll see" T-T
