Soups are good about flavors. I ended up making shawarma seasoned ground turkey with yellow rice that has tomato and scallions in it, topped by a sour cream garlic sauce. It's super tasty
Eury, for some meals, the leftovers are better because the flavors have a chance to blend. :)
Plus, leftovers are easy!
Of course, microwave meals are even easier because they have even less clean up. They have become my guilty pleasure but I need to break the habit because they also break my diet. :(
Sitting in my car chugging after a rather wild riding session. One of the kids came into the arena to lunge then left the gate wide fucking open and unfortunately Lexi saw it before I did. Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
