Ohhh don't know if anyone has heard of it, but I love Earl Gray tea. The only way I can describe it is it has an antique flavor to it lol but in a good way. Very rich

It doesn't make a giant difference obviously but it definitely helps. Especially with moody mares lol just a tablespoon in their feed a day

If raspberry tea has calming effects I should try that one first. Always looking for ways to make myself tired and calm at night.

Don't know if anyone else knows this but dried raspberry leaves which is what the tea is, is actually really good to give to horses as a calming supplement. We have used it in the past at my barn and I highly recommend. Especially if you like to go more natural

Thus far I have only tried mint and a chamomile blend. I was not a big fan of the chamomile. Love the mint.
