omg help yes the pillow over your head is so real I have one hard pillow and then one medium pillow and 2 soft pillows and I stack them and then use one of the soft pillows to suffocate myself
I have finally gotten my sleep under control. Lol I used to be the worst morning person. And recently my OCD has made it so hard for me to sleep at the tiniest sound or light (which is impossible to have quiet with two cats) so I have to sleep with a sleep mask and a pillow over my head. Lol
Kind of hard to have a good sleep schedule when one day you have to be up at 4:00 AM and then awake until midnight just a few days later. No consistency whatsoever.
