| My doctor said if I work myself up to the dose she wants me at I shouldn't have as many side affects as going all in. One is weight loss which Im okay with because Im on a weight loss journey and it would help lol @Gem |

| Yea its not even 9am lol. I got diagnosed with chronic headaches unfortunately :( I just started a medication that I have to slowly up the dose so hopefully in a month maybe two months I will feel better |

| Snow/Gem I've been wrestling and riding horses for going on 16 years, which is a majority of my entire life, so I'm not surprised that I get the gnarliest cramps and when I'm sore, I am SORE sore! xD |

| Snow/Gem One time I got a calf cramp so bad I almost fell out of my bed! Absolutely agony, not fun! I guess that's what I get for wrestling horses for the better half of two decades xD |
