I cannot stand being told how to do something I know, especially when I'm actively doing the task lol, at least with the no instructions I can go ask someone for help when I need it
I once got in big trouble and was sort of fired(but "not fired") because of a situation they told me to treat a certain way. I did so, but they weren't satisfied, and gave me NO feedback before telling me to leave because I wasn't handling it appropriately. :')
Someone telling you to do something new with no instructions. I don't care to get in trouble for something that I had no idea was wrong. At least with being told things I already know I can just tune them out.
Telling you how to do something you know. I'd rather learn from mistakes and not knowing than listen to someone tell me how to do something I've got experience with

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
