Witchypoo, only the current genetic make up of the horse are relevant. White is not recessive, so it doesn't matter whether the stallion has White ancestors or not.
Jewel, the genes of the other parent are totally irrelevant to the chance of a White foal. It is purely a case of luck. If you keep breeding your White mare, you are likely to get a white foal eventually. If you want to increase your luck, well, some people swear by all sorts of superstitions to increase their luck. Personally, I cross my fingers, toes, and eyes, and hold my breath when breeding for White. Does it work? NOPE! But superstition is not rational. XD

Jewel, do NOT breed your White mare to a White stallion!
That will NOT increase the chance of a White foal and it WILL increase the risk of a DEAD foal! White is a dangerous color. Instead, breed your White mare to a stallion of any other color. There is a chance the foal will be White, regardless of the stallion's genetics.
