@Astral, I have fibromyalgia and am out of shape so their advice consisted of just telling me if I want to get into shape I should go run for an hour, but since I am out of shape it would hurt a lot and make my fibromyalgia flare. Whereas my physical therapist is taking the approach of slowly working up to those things so my fibromyalgia doesnt flare.

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
