Soooo... we closed on the house today. There *was* a small hiccup. The divorced "couple" didn't tell us about a tax lien from the IRS. They apparently thought it was going to disappear when they sold the house 🤦♀️
We still paid the agreed amount, and they ended up not getting anything due to the remainder of the mortgage and the lien.

Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
