| Anyone know why a car would almost stall out? Like on the road at a low speed. Under 10mph. The oil has been changed and has correct level and type. Like everything has been done right according to the manaul except for the transmission fluid change.... I'm thinking catytlic converter? |

| Cardinal & Northern flicker can be ruled out I know we have some house finches in the area I wonder if the bird im describing is a female house finch |

| But, she got kept over winter and fed up. Once it warmed up without risk of freezes. She got released to go find herself a man lol |

| Dulcie, Without an image, it might not be able to be identified. The only brown birds with distinctive red markings I know of, are the northern flicker, house finch, and female cardinal. |

| We'd had a really bad, dry summer and it was headed into winter. Poor thing was severely underweight and dehydrated |

| but that tends to be the norm for wild animals out here lol. Mom had a 'pet' turtle for a few months a year or so lol |

| It is some small brown bird, what really stands out to mee is that when it flies (or otherwise opens its wings) there is a reddish oval right in the middle of its back Im in the far western edge of the Midwest/east end of the west |
