Pip, I agree it would be wise to quit that job for that reason. She may be great at training horses but communication is an extremely important part of professionalism.
My second job is I'm a working student at another barn but the instructor I work for is horrible at communicating when I can do lessons. No response to my texts or anything.
It's a shame because I love her horses and the property is amazing. But I don't want to keep working there if I hardly get anything out of it.
Yeah, I've had to quit second jobs before. It always sucks because I need the money, otherwise I wouldn't have taken the second job to begin with.
