Well the person with 28 murders on his record had been in jail in his home country. Anyone with a law that allows a serial killer to walk free really needs to change their laws!

because murder in other countries is judged differently. For example here - if you kill someone, in most cases police wont be called so theres no record, what will happen is the family of the victim will decide on amount of a tribute to be paid to them for the loss

Why was he allowed out of any prison, and why was he allowed to travel through multiple other countries to find his way well into the heart of this very large country? Well what left a question mark for everyone... The attacker was illegal in Germany. He was supposed to go back to Bulgaria last year but because he wasn't there on that day they did not pick him up. After that he was accessable again but wasn't removed.
I do miss the days of we get our national and international news twice a day, once with the morning paper, and once with the nightly news. Maybe the local news touches on something big, but not always
