i ve seen though in clips and movies that most houses dont have fences in US. Here its obligatory with lockable gate and you must display a sign on your fence that a dog resides here

Well, if your dog is taught to listen well and taught the no-cross line, its fine. The dog we had when I was growing up... wasn't taught pretty well (but stubborn sometimes!) and knew the tall grass line was the limit. He only ran off like 3 times. Depends on the area Diva. Here we are not allowed to chain dogs where they can get to people. They have made it so it is considered the dog is at large (off leash wandering) My dog gets chained in front yard when I am working in the garden. But I am there and make sure he cannot get to the sidewalk.

Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
