well I can walk around now without feeling like im gonna puke so that's good |

I have been sitting in the bathroom for half an hour trying to get my back to stop hurting. I don't know why but every few weeks I get really bad back pain after sleeping and in the morning it feels like theres air trapped in me thats trying to get through me but making my back scream. |
